Exporting to PDF is now the recommended method for professionals to share forms filled in OyezForms.
PDF is the most widely supported document format in existence. OyezForms has a fully integrated PDF export facility including options for security, allowing you to password control opening, content extraction, printing etc.

OyezForms v9.01S or higher has a 'File>Export to PDF' menu option when any form is open. Selecting this option will trigger a 'Save as' dialog, allowing you to choose the export location for the PDF file. OyezForms cannot edit the content of the PDF files it creates. PDF should be seen as a 'read-only' copy of your work, suitable for archiving, client signature etc. Exporting forms to PDF can be automated by your Case Management Software - contact support for details.
