Configure Active Library using Windows Scheduled Tasks

To add OyezFrms to Scheduled Tasks, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Click Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools and select Scheduled Tasks

  2. Double click Add Scheduled Task

  3. Click Next on the wizard

  4. When prompted to choose the program to run click Browse - Figure 1

  5. Select the Oyezfrms.EXE from the application folder

  6. Select either Daily or Weekly - Figure 2

  7. Also select the time and day you want this task to start

  8. If prompted enter your password where applicable

  9. Tick on the 'Open advanced properties' tick box and then select Finish - Figure 3

  10. Windows will open a new screen - Figure 4

  11. Add "/updateonly" in the Run dialogue box - Figure 4
