Electronic SDLT data submission

Oyez Legal Software now supports electronic Stamp Duty data submission. This form combines the existing forms SDLT1-4, and enables SDLT data to be submitted electronically to HMRC, with automatic acceptance/validation/corrective advice being returned almost immediately. Upon successful submission, a copy of SDLT5 is filled with data ready for submission to the Land Registry.

OyezForms V9 - Active Library

Customers can now benefit from fully automated library management by updating to Version 9 of OyezForms. This version will automatically contact our server, and synchronise your form titles against our central database. Obsolete titles will be removed and new ones downloaded. V9 is aware of 'early release' forms and will prompt if a choice between a currently live revision, and a forthcoming release exists.

We strongly recommend you upgrade to V9 as soon as possible to take advantage of this significant enhancement to our service.
