Following the implementation of the remaining sections of the Companies Act 2006 on 1st October 2009 and consequential changes to the Companies forms which were announced on Efis No. 59/2009 last September, Companies House has made miscellaneous amendments to the four forms listed in accordance with the new Registrar’s Rules.

Practitioners should not use the latest editions of IN01, SH03, OSCH03 and OSNM01 before 1st February.
